Returns

At the moment, all sales are final. All item conditions will be indicated in text and photo details. Please feel free to ask any additional questions about items (i.e. measurements, condition, size equivalence) before proceeding with purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All transaction fees are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to issue a refund in the case of a cancelled transaction, less these fees.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using the method selected by the customer at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier rates, service level, weight, and destination.

Insurance

To protect your purchase, all shipped orders include insurance. This coverage is activated the moment your package enters the carrier’s possession and applies in cases of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping insurance fees on lost packages are non-refundable.
These costs are paid directly to the carrier and cover:

• Package protection and insurance activation
• Claim processing in the event of loss or theft

Because these services are rendered at the time of shipment—and insurance is considered “used” once a package is in transit—these fees cannot be reversed or returned under any circumstance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or stolen:

1. We will assist in filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
2. Once the carrier completes the claim and funds are released, the insured value of the item will be refunded to you.
3. Shipping insurance fees remain non-refundable, as they cover the cost of the shipping insurance claim itself.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing. In these cases, an insurance claim may still be filed at our discretion.
